Want to learn to make steel/wire framed furniture
Hi. I've been looking for any kind of resources on how to make steel or steel/wire framed furniture. Can anyone point me in the direction of some ?
I should explain, that by steel framed furniture I'm not meaning stuff like this

or this

although I guess they do have steel frames.
What I'm talking about is things like this

So what I'm talking about is fully upholstered furniture over a full steel frame. Obviously I'm interested in shapes which I couldn't really make out of timber, or if I could it would be a pain doing it and I doubt I would ever be confident in the robustness of what results.
The important difference (to me) is that with the last three items the presence of a steel frame has allowed the builder to achieve a shape they couldn't otherwise, while the first two use steel because its cheap and quick (and cold and ugly).
All I've found so far is some images of King furniture, like this

Which looks very well made but doesn't help much.
I don't have much metalwork experience and the only kind of welding I've done is arc, so i'm looking forward to the learning curve. Now I just need something to show me the right way to do it.
cheers
