Question about correct type of European hinge
Hi guys! First time poster due to an issue i'm currently facing but hopefully not the last.
I'm needing to replace a kitchen cabinet hinge which has snapped off. It appears to be a standard European frame-less full overlay hinge, although the side of the frame in which the hinge is fixed to is twice the width of the other side. Due to this, I am unsure if full overlay is sufficient, or if I need something different. It’s hard to explain so I have attached some photos.
If anyone could help me in finding the correct hinges to order that would save me a lot of headache and possible damage to a custom door! Thanks!

A picture of the hinge itself may help.

A standard full overlay will not work. Blum make a 155 degree zero protrusion hinge which will give you up to 34mm of overlay.

Sorry im not home at the moment and dont have a pic of the hinge they used. But yeah it needs a fair bit of overlay. Looks to be double width. Im searching high and low for a 'double' overlay type hinge but cant find anything relevant.

I don't think you will find "double" in the description of a euro style hinge.
Check the overlay dimensions for the Blum hinge Elan suggestedregards from Alberta, Canada

So I got my partner to measure the overlay and it appears to be spot on 34mm. So im guessing the Blum hinge @elanjacobs mentioned would work. Am I correct in thinking that the bore hole distance from the edge of the door needs to be adjusted to compensate for the extra overlay?
Thanks again for the help

You'll find all the drilling positions on the Blum website. I always recommend a trial in some scrap, if you have, with non-standard positions, just in case.

Thanks for the help
Great idea with the test piece too. I'll definitely do that first. I'm currently away for work so I'll order that hinge and give it a go when I'm home.

@elanjacobs I contacted a supplier as well as looked at the documentation and could not get any information as to whether this can do the 34mm overlay. Would you happen to know where I can find this? Sorry but I'm reluctant to buy until I'm sure.

Are you sure its a full overlay door and not an inset? looking at the cabinet construction and hinge clip plate location in relation to the middle shelf I'm inclined to say the door was an inset door.

Tonzeyd, that's definitely overlay positioning for the hinge plate
