Rocking chair #2
Yes I have been busy again. Having built my first rocking chair the second one seems a lot easier.
This time I am making a few changes. I am going for a slim look. The arm-rests are smaller. The back is higher. It back bows forward to give more shoulder and head support. The rockers are rounder.Visit my website at www.myFineWoodWork.com

Wongo,
That looks very elegant. But keep going - I ran out of steam after building five rockers, but none were as good-looking as yours.

Looking good, Wongo.
Did you make the joints for the front leg the same way as #1, or have you found a new method?Cheers

Wongo, your #1 rocker so inspired me that I have started my first one. Mine is going very very slow. I went to sleep many times thinking about the 'wongo rear leg joint'. You are the man!

A-hah! Looking good, definately a finer look. I think that eliminating the back slats was a bit extreme though! This must be the new season 'see through' look!
