Default TV unit and coffee tables

A matching set of 2 coffee tables and a TV unit. All in solid American Cherry except for the side and bottom panels in the TV unit and the shelf in the large table, which are veneer. The glass is all 6mm, toughened for the tables

how tricky to make were the dovetailed miter doors?
and is that detail normal for your business?

Is Domino cheating? We use whatever methods we can to save time that don't compromise the integrity of the final product

    my comment was in jest.

neither dominos nor hoffman dovetails are really "cheating"

but if you have both, what factors guide you when choosing between them for a joint?

We don't have domino, I honestly can't see much value in it over dowels

Lovely work. Just watched some videos on the Hoffman - very nice piece of kit. What do you use to accurately dowel?

    Cheers

We got a CNC a few years ago, so we use that when it's practical, but for the 100+ years before we just used a horizontal borer with a graduated table and a pneumatic triple-borer for chair frame rails.
