    Default Basketweave Tissue Box Cover

    Hi everyone

Now that David is retired, I have a chance to get lots of little things made for the house. I bought him a lovely book of woven basket style decorative pieces for the home. The ugly old tissue box in the en suite used to annoy me and I'd always wanted something lovely out of wood to disguise it.

So, here is David's solution - I think it's lovely. It's sitting beside the old Moccona jar which now also has a nice little lid out of Tas Sassafras to disguise it.

    Cheers
    Lili

    Thanks Marg

David's skill on the scroll saw has improved greatly. Although I'm not a great fan of too much decorative stuff in the house, I think this cover is quite classy.

It's a great book, full of pretty, but understated things.
