Thread: Daffodil Kitten

Thanks for sharing CarterJ. My wife is at present painting a picture of a cat asleep in a garden. This picture makes a great puzzle, and daffodils are just what I like to see, as they usually herald the springtime.

I hope to hear more about your son, his family and the film. I'm a long way from Melbourne though.

Well, hi there, Jutta. Thought I'd eventually find you here.

Yes, I'm still making the little stamp puzzles and have attached a photo of one here. I always carry a couple of them in my pocket and give them out to people who give me good service or who I want to remember me. It's become sort of a trademark over the years and I bet I've given away over 1500 of them. The stamp is the smallest the U.S. prints and the box is an ordinary matchbox.

The first night of our son Tim's Dragon live show in Melbourne was a disaster and had to be cancelled. After rehearsing all night the show the following day and the two shows on Sunday were huge successes in every way. I imagine by now it has completed it's runs in Australia and has moved on to Auckland before heading to the U.S. for a long tour of 70 cities.

Oh yes..... that's the one I have!!!! I have shown that to sooooo many people... together with your card puzzles you've provided us with hours of entertainment. Whenever scrollers come to the house we show them off. When we tell them they can pick them up at a corner and they won't fall apart they can't believe it.... specially when we tell them that you do them all freehand!
I don't give away stamp puzzles... have yet to try those..... I've done a couple of cards, that's as far as I went. I do make other simple 4-6 piece geometric puzzles I carry around and give away. Like when Ken bought me a cappuccino the other day and a couple of oldies sat at the next table looking a bit bored. We said hello and gave them a puzzle.. next thing we knew even the owner of the cafe sat down to play.... so he had to have one too.... now it's become a tradition.... we try to go once a week and every other week or so we bring a new puzzle.... leave the solution until the next week! Heaps of fun for all of us!

Your son's show didn't come to our area and I have to admit I didn't put two and two together... saw advertisements in the paper , even on tv, but it just didn't click! The good thing is that we also didn't hear about any problems.... all we heard about was that it was fantastic! Congratulations. You must be so proud... wish you had come with him.... would love to meet you one day.... been talking to you for so long it feels like I already know you in person
