Default Delta 40-540 type 2 MFG HELP

    G'day
I've been lucky enough to be given a delta 40-540 type 2 MFG scroll saw which will hopefully replace an at times sorely missed scroll saw which mainly saw work cutting templates out of ply and various other duties. The pnly problem with it is its blade clamping mechanism. I've studied the photos and diagrams available on the internet and believe it's missing some parts but they're not convincingly clear enough to me so that I can be sure as to what I need. Please see attached photos for reference:

Are there any Delta scroll saw users that could show me the correct blade clamping set-up for comparison around Melbourne area?
