Hegner Paint Colour
I recently purchased a cheap, but badly neglected Hegner Scroll saw. There is a lot of paint damage and I would like to repaint it. I have searched online, but not found any details of the paint colour.
It is probably a proprietary formula, but often these are available. I am sure I could take it to the paint shop and they have machines that can try and match it, but if anyone knows the colour name or formula it would be appreciated.
Regards

Well, you are not getting much help with this. I can't help other than to say I had great luck when I wanted to paint an organ cart I built the same color as the baby carriage I used as a chassis for it. I took a piece of the baby carriage to the paint department in my local Home Depot store and they matched it perfectly. I would recommend trying a paint store. Coarse you have to have something with the color you want to match.

You never know, being German, it might just be one of the european RAL colours - http://www.ralcolor.com/
Phone some of the paint shops in your area to see which ones have some RAL colour charts; you might have more luck with signwriter/car places than house paint places, though.
