    Question PUZZLE help please

    Good morning members
This may seem not connected to scroll saws however i was thinking of making some for the local charities as gifts to the underprivliged
    kids as xmas boxes
However thats where my problem starts
I dont know and cant work out how to put it together
The puzzle consists of 12 pieces of plastic of which 11 are exactle the same and 1 which has an extra knotch on its side
It appears to form a burr puzzle but it has me stumped as to its solution
    Can anybody help me please
I will add an attachment photo if i can work out how
If the attachment fails and anybody has any clues to its solution please E-mail me and we can sort out the photo that way
    Regards to all

Can't find any 12 piece Burrs that match your pieces but you could try this 6 piece solution but instead of using a single piece use two pieces side by side in each position (clear as mud, sorry ).

got to ask.... what age kids are you thinking about? These kind of puzzles are pretty difficult to solve...... more for grown ups or maybe really smart 10 year olds?

    Talking Puzzle help

    Good morning members
    Firstly to Andrew
Thanks very much yes that is the solution however it is very difficult to hold all the bits together at the same time but with the help of a few rubber bands it turned out to be quite simple realy
    Once again THANKS
    To Dan
    Thank you for your imput
I dont know if its me or my security setting on my computer but my Anti virus system AVG and SPY DOCTOR malware system tells me that the URL that is listed in your post may well be a dangerous site and recomended me not to open it which i did not as it could be a tracking site for viruses etc
This is by no means a reflection on your trying to help but mearly a comment on what my computer reported
    To Juvy
Your comments are accepted as always
I was considering that i put a series of identification on each piece which shows where they go in the puzzle ie 1 goes to 1 2 goes to 2 etc which would help anybody solve the puzzle
But belive you me i am open to any and all sugestions
    Regards
    REG

Numbering the pieces is a real good idea, but you still need some instructions on paper.
I know there is a puzzle book for wood out there.... don't remember the name, but it had several puzzles like that in it..... with the solutions.
Maybe you can get your library to find it for you? I get lots of books from ours.... went through all the free ones from surrounding libraries, now it costs me 3.50 from further away libraries.... still cheaper then buying the books.
Happy hunting... those instructions have to be out there somewhere
