good to see more interest Bob but I think the hours may hold you back....only retirees and unemployed can make those times on a regular schedule.
maybe an evening time slot would be more user friendly so to speak.
Not canning the club just trying to be helpful

    Default W A Scrollsaw Club.

Yes Pete we are aware of those limitations and hopefully sufficient people who want an evening will let the Club know. There is space.

    Regards,

Default Yes....I attented Club today...really please!

Darn surprised at myself too!
I have always been a furniture woody, but everything has its uses.... Fret work is what I am interested in doing to include into pieces that I make.....

Nice group, looking forward to next week already. Have just arrived home from the group, great place handy to Mandurah & Perth folk...I personally like the day group, being my own boss, I can arrange work to fit around...in fact that's exactly what I did today, worked for a few hours then up the freeway then back to work......

That's why I am a woody, instead of a wood-worker.....hate having to work when I could be playing around with wood!

The group numbers are small but that is really good for beginners...as it's great tuition from experienced members....gee it's a wonder why they put up with learns........really pleased I went...been thinking about it for a few weeks now but jumped in anyway......

A few of the Scrollers from USA are going to be really surprised, I have been chatting to them for a few years now, but never actually scrolled, they will be really shocked.........LOL....can make great furniture but scrolling just didnt cut it.........( excuse the pun ) for me ........until I needed to use it in furniture.......so wait for some pictures to come soon!
    regards Kekemo
Don't think you're playing it safe by walking in the middle of the road.....that's the surest way to get hit by traffic coming from both ways!
I'm passionate about woodwork.......making Sawdust again & loving it!

    Hi all,

Not sure if it is a temporary glitch but neither site appears to work wascrollers.org or wascrollers.com

    Hi.
I no longer am a member but the club is still going. there have been some changes I believe, the age (of members) being one.
    Try

    WA Scrollers

    And mention Bob H.

    Regards.
