    Default Glueing issues

More problems! I started glueing up a couple of benches as a tryout for my workbench. This was for a fly tying bench I used some oregon; one I ran through the thicknesser and one I left rough sawn, the roughie was the first and the top didnt come together too well there is a lot of air between the timber(upside the bench is slightly wider).
Is there an easy fix or do I need to take it apart and scrape the glue off, thickness and reglue?
    Thanks,
    Mark

You know we love pics, Mark. Can't quite follow what you mean. (Might just be me, I'm a bit slow.)

The first bench I glued up was rough sawn oregon; as a result of not smoothing the gluing surfaces there was not a very good glue joint eg; a lot of daylight through the joints. I'm resigned to resawing the glue joints and that will give me better matching surfaces: only 12 pieces not too bad.
I'll probably work on that in a couple of days
So if someone has an easier solution I'm all ears!!

Unfortunately there's no easy fix for something like that.
