    Default gluing foam to plastic?

    Howdy

I need to make a circle or hoop using two swimming noodles end to end. My thought is to glue something up the middle to hold them together. Plastic conduit is too rigid. So I was thinking of using some of the clear plastic hose sold by bunnies.

so I need a waterproof glue to hold it all together.
    Any ideas?
    regards

Polyurethane should glue it and not melt the foam

How about impact adhesive, AKA rubber cement? That's what's used on foam rubber pool toys etc.
