Gorilla Glue in Oz?
Anyone know where I can find Gorilla glue here in Oz - even better in Perth!
I suppose its not too different from the Aquadhere Durobond product as they're both polyurethanes...
Cheers, Antony.

Gday Antony, yep, the Durabond is a polyurethane like the Gorilla Glue. Like a lot of Selley's stuff, though, it's a bit dear.
Maybe give Vise polyurethane a go? Used it on various things at home with good results.

I have used both Vise and Sellys Durobond. Both , are polyurethanes but I believe are designed for different specifics and everything in general.
Vise foams a lot more than Durobond and that is why it is recommended for wood boat builders. It forces its way into all the cracks and crevices and makes a joint watertight. The Durobond does not foam nearly as much and because I have an aversion to Selly's products because they are either overpriced or crap I will go for the Titebond range next time I have a quality project on the go.
PS
I have used Vise to repair six wobbly old Bentwood chairs where the splines had all opened up. With the use of the Vise glue and rubber hose worm drive clips as clamps the foaming did a fantastic job sealing all the area that i could not get the glue into. The downside was I had to spend more time cleaning the excess glue off but that was the penalty we had to take to get really secure tight joints.

I'm not a huge Selley's fan either.
I wonder what other polyurethanes Bunnings (my local) stock...

I've used the Vise glue and like the others have mentioned have had good success with it. No hesitations in recommending it!
Have a nice day - Cheers

I don't know about the other brands but I was given a bottle
of Gorilla Glue by a mate who brought it back from the US.
Some months later when I went to try it out, it was rock hard
so I almost got to find out how good it is.

Gorilla Glue
A.V Syntec makes really top class Polyurethane glues. Can buy them easily enough if you give them a ring.

Glue, glue, glue
I found the Vise brand right next to the Durabond at one of the Warehouse stores - it was about 20% cheaper...
I also picked up some Titebond II Premium at Carbatec which looks a little more workable (its water cleanup). I have a feeling I'm not going to be using quite so much PVA after trying the aliphatic!
