Default slow setting adhesive

Mate's I need some help & advice please,
I am into intarsia & need some advice on a slow setting glue, I need about ten minute's to align all the bit's before it go's off. I am using aquadere at the moment but it dry's to quick. Any advice would be appreciated.

Epoxy adhesive with a hot weather hardener should give you a good 20 minutes or more before it starts to gel.

Can someone please tell me how to PERMANENTLY turn off that annoying "Automatically retrieve titles from external links" setting! If I don't think the URL by itself is sufficient, I'm perfectly capable of creating a properly formatted hyperlink all by myself.

We use TechniglueCA epoxy for parquetry table tops at work. Almost an hour of working time which should be plenty for anything. Just have to leave it overnight to set.

That's the one. Carba-Tec sells it too. It's not cheap but you don't need much of it

Try watering down the your current glue by 10 or 15% that way it will slow the drying time down but still dry firm the glue goes off.

If you were to use Araldite epoxy, it is possible to alter the recipe, the formula, to get any length of working time you elect. In a past life, we mixed it up so that it took 18 hrs at 60C to get it to go off. Perfect results every time.

I am sorry but my "cook book" of 40 years ago seems to been lost in several shuffles.

You have to begin with the various individual components, not the store crapola.

You can give epoxy even longer working time by putting it in the fridge for a couple of hours before using it.
