| | Epoxy adhesive with a hot weather hardener should give you a good 20 minutes or more before it starts to gel.

| | We use TechniglueCA epoxy for parquetry table tops at work. Almost an hour of working time which should be plenty for anything. Just have to leave it overnight to set. |

| | That's the one. Carba-Tec sells it too. It's not cheap but you don't need much of it |

Thank's & regard's j&j | Try watering down the your current glue by 10 or 15% that way it will slow the drying time down but still dry firm the glue goes off.
Cheers

| | If you were to use Araldite epoxy, it is possible to alter the recipe, the formula, to get any length of working time you elect. In a past life, we mixed it up so that it took 18 hrs at 60C to get it to go off. Perfect results every time.
I am sorry but my "cook book" of 40 years ago seems to been lost in several shuffles.
You have to begin with the various individual components, not the store crapola. |

| | You can give epoxy even longer working time by putting it in the fridge for a couple of hours before using it. | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
