Default Suitable adhesive for bonding aand jioning Melamine faced particle board

I understand in the commercial cabinet field a special adhesive is used when joining Melamine faced Particle Board when assembling Cabinet Carcasses. That is when joining melamine faces to particle board edges as would occur at vertical and horizontal joints.
Can any one advise what the adhesive they generaly use.
I understand Bostic market a product for the industry.
    Cheers

I have always used AV56. Its a latex glue which you use in the same way as PVA. Its about the same consistency and cleans up with a damp cloth. See if you can AV56 in clear. It dries clearish and is not as unsightly as the normal that dries to a mustard yukky colour. If you want to test it out get a couple of offcuts of the Melamine board joined together with AV56, give it a couple of days to really cure then pull the joint apart......the melamine will still be stuck to the glue but the board will have chunks taken out.
I just buy mine from our local hardware in town
    Just do it!

    Kind regards Rod

Mostly cabinets are not glued at all. However AV 56 works very well. (probably other brands out there too but haven't used myself)
