advice on where to go from here.
Got hold of this old tsc 10hb for a good price, has never been assembled but got suck in a shed over 12 years and well little restoration required.
has this router top, now seems to me that putting a router in there I have to wind it from underneath and have decent dust collector at same time.
option would be replace router top...with what (limited budget) and replace the old Makita router with an adjust from top router (again budget constraints) would consider S/H off gumtree etc if the right one was available.
IF I made one myself with T tracks for fence but then surely the fence aint going to move more than 30mm ...correct?? surely just clamp fence in place, but at least T track in base for feather boards etc is that a bright idea?
open to ideas, suggestions and opinions.I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

Mike in the linked thread POST 11 shows how he made dust extraction work by changing to a different way of doing things
Yet another Router table build.
A lift can be made for little money using a floor jack and somewhere in the above link Mike shows his version of this idea. If you want above table height adjustment linear bearing rails and a lead screw will do that for under $100 and give you precision control as shown in the linked thread below though the final above table adjuster had not been added yet but I have a really simple idea to to do that which would cost pennies to make. The linked thread shows how we used linear rails in a manual table with an attached digital height readout.
