Obviously there are plenty of flexi rules out there, but before coming across this 'guide' I have yet to find a product which can be screwed down - excelent for creating moulding templates!

If anyone has seen this ruler/guide available in Melbourne it would be great if you could point me in the right direction.

If anyone is interested they are available for international order at:

...I'll probably go down this route if no-one has seen them...

Theres also a nice demo using a hammer combo machine (its towards the end of vid...):

I haven't used that one specifically but have used a piece that comes with the Frontline jigs. Perhaps Lignum might know or you can do a search for the Frontline jig and accessories.

Cheers AB, not exactly what I'm after but very interesting none the less! I had a look over the Frontline website and was quite impressed! I love the look of their panel clamps, and love the fact that they are a local company AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE! - bit on the expensive side, but I'm thinking its along the lines of "you get what you pay for". Hope these guys will be at TWWW in October, will be interseted to see how they stack up compared to cheaper plano clamps...

whoops... drifted a bit off topic there

re flexicurve: This is also used in dressmaking and medicine. Have 3 sites in USA as follows: DressFormDesigning.com; FlexibleRulers.com; JoAnn.com. Information provided by Threads Magazine but have not tried them yet. JJG

I use my 'Kurvenlinfix' all the time. I think it was patented by Protus. www.protus-pr.de

Default Fisch Flexi Curve - Flexible guide

    Hi BoS

Felder can get you the Fisch curve. I got the 1m length of them and I'm now trying to get a 3m version. It's not cheap but it works really well. I'd put it in the " why haven't I used this before" category.

I use it in conjunction with a 100 mm dia rebating head and 100 mm guide ring.

    Definetely worth while getting
