I checked out your blog, interesting read.
I've got shoulder issues, I've spent 16 years as a para, its expected, i can't say I've lead a restrained life.
I had a laugh a few months ago, i was told the chronic pain was all in my head
if i can handle the phantom nerve pain which feels like burning water all over my lower body 24/7, then pain from my shoulders and back is quite real.
As you know its quite a fight to reduce pain, a battle that that is never ending.
Keep up the woodwork, i couldn't imagine its easy, but there is always a way, the frustrating part is finding a way.
Cheers
