    Default Hitachi Template Guide Adapter

    Hi Everyone, I've just bought a Leigh dovetail jig to use with my Hitachi M12V2 router.
    Does anyone know where I can get the Hitachi Template guide adapter part no 325224 from
    Leigh haven't got one, they say get one from Hitachi. I went to my local Hitachi dealer, who contacted Hitachi Thailand, & their response was, we don't know this part, we have never ordered one, & we aren't interested in ordering one now.
    I tried to contact them, but received no reply, this is a typical in Thailand.
    I've bought the jig from Lee Valley they can't help, & Axminster in England is the same, any idea's anyone? Thanks

    HI Lappa just had a look at their web site, but I think item 92 is the standard part.
    You say use part No. 325-211, Leigh, Axminster & Lee valley have all given me No. 325224
    Looking at eRaplacement parts web site I did find the part No.325224, so a big thank you for that,
    I just hope after all this it's the right part. Thanks again

    This thread might be of some use. I just bought a leigh jig also, but have makita routers and have just received the kit I linked to in the thread below. You've have to check if it fits your router though.

    Hi Dropstix, Looked at the link, & they have them for the Hitachi M12V, but not the M12V2, not sure if there is any difference, I will have to find out.
    Which jig did you get?
    I've just bought the D4R with VRS, should be here this week I hope. I've had one before, about 20 yrs ago. It must be one of their first ones, excellent jig, but I can remember I kept tipping the router, because there was no support. I only got rid of it because I came out to live in Thailand, & thought my woodworking days were over. Thanks Dropstix
