    Default Insertig inlays

Enclosed pics I downloaded from You tube. pics of the process as I do not possess the article presented.

In my opinion it is restricted to small inlays due to the size of the small cutter and therefore should be used selecting small depth of cuts.

Should you wish to insert larger inserts it will be necessary to select larger diameter cutters such as the 10mm cutter to prevent any breakages. This will require an alternative Guide combination in fact two guides are required complete the process.

To rout the material use the 40mm guide with the 10mm cutter then rout the inset material using a 20mm Guide with the same cutter

This is a little project to introduce the use of the template guides and there is much more that can be achieved if the guides are used
