The web site I have invested in gives me more space to demonstrate the versatility of the router. I have added new pages and intend adding more.

If you have not seen any of the youtube videos I have submitted then you can catch up with them on the web site I have presented. The videos developed over a number of years were projects I have demonstrated at a number of woodshows. They have been presented as a demonstration and not as a lesson on how to do. That will be my next task now that I have more space to present the information. It has been said and I agree that "A photograph is worth a thousand words" so what is a video worth??

The presentations are completed with the aid of the template guides and the construction of a variety of jigs and templates. One jig is not capable of producing all projects; though I was surprised with what I could produce with my Super Jig.

I appreciate the comments and constructive comments I have received from some members since the site was published a few days ago, and if anyone else feel like they wish to comment please do so. I have found presenting at a public demonstration is much easier than adding pen to paper.

There have been 0ver 120.000 views on the subject of producing the ultimate router table which is restrictive in what can be achieved with the router all I ask is take up the challenge and see what you can do with the template guides added to your router.

Hexagonal column or octagonal column can be produced in the router table mode once the Cutter is purchased depending on which shape is required. These are used regularly when constructing a mast for a ship.
I looked at the possibility of producing a smaller version suitable for a small table. I had constructed a simple jig and was able to produce a hexagonal column 400mm long.

This was produced with a 19mm straight cutter saving on the cost of a new cutter.
I consider the purchase of the special cutter will give a much stronger joint.
So back to the drawing board and with the 19mm cutter selected I produced the joint with greater safety awareness (IMHO) as the material could be held secure and the router used in the hand held position. This process was carried out with the Super Jig. (unfortunately it was restricted to 400mm long)

Again back to the drawing board and producing a Jig that was capable of holding the material secure when it was being passed under the overhead router Jig I had constructed.
