150mm quick clamp things
If I had 2 or 3 different machines that needed shifting around to be used and all had 150 outlets, if there anything that would allow me to quickly clip flexi hose from one to the other, without pulling off one pushing onto next then tightening with screw clamp etc.
I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds

There was such a gadget available in the US but it would be easy enough to make one. Put some location lugs on the 150 coming off each machine and use a joining sleeve permanently attached to the duct line with the appropriate matching slots that lock onto the lugs or pins.

I know there are assorted sizes in the snap-lock strap clamps, similar to what's used to hold the bags onto the DC.
I was looking at a set not long ago, with similar ideas. For the life of me I can't remember where I saw 'em nor what they were labelled as on the shelves, so have had no luck with google either.
But they're definitely out there...

Along the lines that Chris suggests I use a threaded coupler and a screw cap with tight hole turned out of the cap with a lathe to terminate fexi hose.
I fully intended to make my first one into a bayonet fit but found that a push fit works fine for all but vertical/hanging implementations which get knocked around to which I fit a single small TEK screw.
It makes it dead easy to fit to or remove from either PVC hard pipe, a BMH or more junctions.

On TS OH guard
Here there is one on th eTS guard and one attached to the piping. This one is only push fit and has been having there for over a year.

Heres the BS junctions for the small BS at the Mens shed BS
If you get Y's with a threaded take off then the couple to that you can just buy a threaded cap and cut the hole in that.
(see the one near the top of teh picture bew)
Its not as easy to remove and refit as a threaded coupler because they are push fits but they are ok for permanent or semi permanent connections.

The lower flex connection coupler on the LHS can be easily removed and used as a large vac.

I have seen an add for a set of hose clamps that were a pair of plates with magnets to hold them together. In the middle of one plate was a hose fitting and on the other a short pipe to connect with the machine. The hose end could be lifted off and readily moved to another machine. Unfortunately they don't have a 150 mm size but it should be easy to make with some of the rare earth magnets and some flanges.

How about these? They get very good reviews from woodworkers.

Hi Bob, do you think stepping down from 150mm PVC to 120mm flex in the manner your have done here would be suitable?

Not sure what you mean. Why do you want to do this - is it because a port on a machine is 120mm?
The best way to reduce is size is to use a long tapered duct. "If you have space", the taper length should be as long as possible but in practice tapers longer than ~5 ducting diameters don't provide much significant gain. Making these from sheet metal pr plastic sheet is not that hard. Usually space is a killer so much shorter tapers are use. If you want to by something off the shelf then what is known as a "Level Invert" junction are used - these have poor efficiency but are nice and short.

Unfortunately they are not available in 120 to 150 mm sizes.
