3D Printed Dust Collection Parts.
I am back (hopefully) after yet another lengthy absence and owe BobL a monster apology I'm afraid! I did promise about six months ago to share some of my bellmouth files, but sadly other things got in the way. Sorry Bob (it took a lot longer to resolve than I thought but I did get my files sorted!)
I will post one link at a time to each part but there are a couple of dozen of them including the vacuum adapters, so for now here are two links to my online collections ready for download (free) or just poke around in!
Everything has been optimised for printing as best I can and every item has been in use by me for at least a year - so I believe they work!
DUST EXTRACTION - bellmouths, magnetic connectors and so on - 17 parts
Vacuum and ShopVac - adapters and accessories, and a quite nice hose hanger!
Here's a random collection of photos to give you an idea - I'll work through them one by one if you like, or I'll just leave it at this post and you check the link?
Cheers,
P

Sorry about the delay Bob, I didn't want to go off with them half-documented, but it took a lot longer than I thought to get them all together in some semblance of order - I think I've only got the bandsaw, SCMS and table saw overhead to go to complete - but they are still a long way off. The bandsaw is completely problematic - I've tried many things and all work (or don't) depending on one's perspective about as well as each other. Current plan for that, because I already have a big hole chopped in the front from 20 years ago, is to drop in one of the 4" bellmouths there, and run a vac in and through the blade (I think Derek has a setup like that?) - It's not a huge problem for me as is, but I'd like to have a nicer solution!
Do you reckon it's worth posting separate links in their own posts or are those links OK?
