    It seems to me you are concerned about the wrong end of the scale. I wouldn't worry too much about the odd puff of dust you can see when you start your DC but the torrents of fine dust you can't see that will continue to penetrate both bags. Continuing to let a DC vent inside a shed provides no protection against fine dust
