TS:
Cut square hole with angle grinder and thin kerf cutting wheel about 225 x 225 where current 100 mm hole is.
Get yourself a 260 x 260 piece x 9 mm bit of MDF or ply and cut a 225mm diameter hole in the middle.
Bolt BMH to MDF and MDF to cabinet.
With the jointer just cut enough away on that frame so you can poke the 150mm diam section of the BMH don't work about it sitting flush on the inside

Thanks Bob, re table saw, I dont need to worry about bending a loose U shaped piece of metal to improve to flow to bell mouth?
jointer...cut away enough of the frame... as per 3rd pic I presume, would a piece of 3mm ply/mdf help covering gaps around that bell mouth?I would love to grow my own food, but I can not find bacon seeds
