    I understand the theroy Bob but here is a back of the envelope quick maximum demand calculation with some obvious assumptions:
    Hot plates on 32A breaker - load must be greater than 25A or 25A breaker would be used - Add %50 rated load so 14A
    Wall oven 25A so as above - Add 10A
    Air CB - 75% connected load - 32A ~ add 21A
    AC CB - as above ~ add 12A

    So far 57A without adding Spa, HWS and lights.
    The only way that is legal is maximum demand by limitation.

    could there be two 63 Amp inputs? i.e. the OP's house has a 2 phase supply?

    Was actually referring to the OP's switchboard with that calculation above.
    Yours sounds like it would scrape in depending on the KW of your AC's Bob. Circuit breaker for a main switch which is mandatory these days sets the maximum demand by limitation but still need to comply to 2.5.7 of AS3000 reliability of supply.
    Ian - it appears as the main switch is single pole, assuming that this is the main switchboard which I think it is.
    Looks like the meter panel in the bottom of the pic.
