BobL has an excellent post on how he made them of PVC on his lathe and a heat gun.

If I weren't so lazy, I would have made them... but BobL agreed to sell them at a fair price

Must be the week for it, I'm upgrading many of my solutions too... the TS is about to be souped up, as is the oscillating belt sander (BTW Best tool EVER!)

edit: Only hassle of a 150mm PVC BMH and a 150mm hose is fitting it over the end. Im making a collar of a 200mm 6" PVC sliced down the side to act as a "cuff" over both...... bloody expensive stuff 6" PVC!

go on you know you want to make them, and I'll pay you for the privilege of praising your name and quality on this forum. I did get some from a good source when first planning this setup, they look so good I think I need more

My already stellar reputation, good looks and cult-like following.... I could always do with more buttering up

I think that BobL would still have the jig and whatnot for it. Looking at his shed, which is so rammed packed with crap....er, interesting things... that he's sure to still have the whatsitmadouver.

He's an easy bribe. I think is was ~$10 each?

I'm still making them but I'd prefer you PM'ed me about then rather than discussing here.

Not anodised, but black is easy. This one I made into a solder fume extractor.
The filters are miniature HEPAs as used in our Roomba Robot Vac.
    Fan is 240V computer fan.
