gatto cab over tractor
hi heres my progress on the gatto cab over tractor so far, ive made the joys and joys one but this one is a lot more detailed and you have to measure everything out first, the picture of the finished truck was made by a friend on another forum you may have seen it before if mine turns out half as good as his did i will be more than happy.the first picture shows the chassis rail axles and shocks in place the second picture shows the spring arm and airbags third picture shows fifth wheel mounted next is the engine and transmission partly finished the fifth picture shows the steering, next is the fuel tanks the last three picture show a mock up of the chassis with the wheels on these wheels are only 2 /34 wheels the plans call for 3" wheels i cant seem to find any 3" wheels over here so i will probaly make the wheels my self as soon has i make more progress i will upload some more pictures hope this is of interest to somebody

G'Day Bob,
What another great truck and excellent example of your craftsmanship....WELL DONE!
I thought you were just about to start this project and you've finished it.
Could I trouble you for a few more photos of the finished model especially all around the cab, thank you.
Cheers, crowie

Looks Great Bob. I want to build this model some day I love Gatto plans. So what is this going to be hauling. The lowboy trailer or the tanker?

Looking fantastic Bob.
How do you do such a good job sooo quickly?
I see you added tread to the tyres. A nice touch. I've been thinking of doing the same to the Roadster tyres.
Hard to see in the pic - are they just straight-line grooves? How wide are they, if you don't mind me asking?... Steve
