    Default Amoskeag Steam Fire Engine

    I have been working slowly on a model of the Amoskeag Steam Fire Engine. It was made in1872 and was the first self propelled steam fire engine.
    I have attached of few pics of my progress so far.

    G'Day Frank,
    When I read "Steam" I thought live steam; oh well I mucked up.
    BUT wow what a beautiful model you are making.
    You are a top craftsmen and present the models very well.

    I got a little more done today made and fitted the air chamber. The chamber is flane sheoak and the finial jarrah.

    Well I must say I havent felt well enough for some time.I am slowly feeling better,so maybe soon guys.I have been building up some plans and materials for projects.
