Thought my hand was good enough to start work on this again.
Spent most of the day making jigs to make doors and backs for the cab.
Started out ok but as soon as i tried my new router bit it broke.
Put my old bit in and finished them up.

Glad the hand is allowing you to continue with the build nothing worse than not being able to get in the shed.

I love a good jig and I don't mean the dance. I also make plenty for some of my builds. The doors look great shame about the broken bit at least you still had the other one to be able to complete them

The old bits are replaceable BUT that hand will always need good care....Good to see the new project coming along...Cheers, crowie

    A few more parts done.
I made the floor, firewall, dash, seats, roof and hood trim.
To rout the round overs on hood and roof had to mount them to 1/4 inch hard board.
The roof is 1/4 thick with 3/16 round over. hood trim is 1/16 thick with 1/16 round over.
