What a shame it had to leave Wollongong but it will be preserved and looked after in Ipswich.

Chris 1/2 of the collection went to Woolongong UNI.
I saw a very small view of the Ipswich collection 4 or 5 items at the Museum recently on display everything else is still packed in creates piled high.
It will be a draw card for sure when its put on display............somewhere in the future after cataloguing.
Many years ago when a coach driver I had the pleasure of going to the house which was then in its infant stage with a group one of the ladies sons was a curator little did I recall it till the photo of the house was shown in media.
