Red face T&J tanker truck just finished today

Was looking on the Grizzly tools site the other day needing to buy a live center for my SS and noticed they were having a sale on a bunch of old and I mean old Toys and Joys plans so picked up the tanker truck and the linclon car for $4 each the tool part paid the shiping so got the plans way cheap.

So today I finished the tanker truck so thought it would be the one to really start me off here.
T&J has two tanker trucks and this is the much simpler one but I have added much from the pictures of the more expensive one.
I have not idea what is considered the right amount of pictures, they were down loaded so must be ok?
These wheels really go to the linclon but haven't made any truck wheels for this one yet.
It was made out of scrap lumber and to tell the truth the main parts came from a cutting board that I made a while back and was in the way so why not.
The wheels were an experiment on building spoke wheels and learned a lot and will know better what to do next time if there is a next time they were a pain but fun also, does that make sense?

I missed this post what a great job on the tanker truck. I think that many of us have bins/draws full of odd bits of wood I certainly do and keep it for small parts on various projects usually toys
