Toys and Joys ?
Has anybody purchased from or had dealings with Toys & Joys lately? I have emailed them several times over the past 12 days & have not yet received an answer. I do not believe any company can be busy that they can't reply in that time. I may have to go back to intarsia. Any & all reply's appreciated. Cheer's Jim

My last dealing with them was in October.
Just a purchase, not an email, but their processing & delivery was pretty quick.
The order was for 50 x 3/4" headlights. I'll never use them all, so if anyone needs some, just sing out. (I haven't even used any myself yet.)... Steve

I've got a stack of pine here that I plan to make a batch of toy cars from, but didn't want to mess around making headlights, plus I considered using a pair on the Roadster, but made better? ones instead. I've got the plans drawn up for the toy cars, a little like Model T Fords, but just have to wait until I have some spare time to start making them, after the current BS boxes and guitar. (For sale at a local shop.) I'm only making 12 cars, so there'll be plenty left over. Let me know when you want some.

Toys&Joys
Bob, thank's for the reply. We to have a supplier over here, but they do not supply the kits to suit, which is a problem when wheel's & the like are required. I don't have a lathe or the knowhow to drive one. I have ordered a intarsia pattern out of garnet hall of a Harley Chopper so if T/Js don't answer, I don't give a*(^%!!^@#$ Cheer's Jim

That's very disappointing Jim that a good toy & model plan supplier don't bother to reply to their customers, repeat customers too......

Toys & Joys Update
After 16 day's & 3 emails, the last email strongly but politely worded, I have received an answer from the company's president. There was no apology for the delay in answering & he seemed surprised about my displeasure in waiting for so long. A new catalogue will be "in the mail" shortly. We shall see. Cheer's Jim
