The bane of all casters (bubbles) you may be getting some reaction with your labels and the
PR. A couple of things you can try , spray your label with clear acrylic spray and let it dry properly this seals the label from the
PR and helps prevent bubbles. coat your blank with a very thin layer of un catalised
PR ,before pouring your mold. warm up the
pr before you mix the catylist to help thin it down, don't put too much catylist so it sets up a little slower and gives any bubbles a chance to rise.Once poured try sitting your mold on a vibrating surface for a few minutes to settle it down and help bubbles rise to the top ( a bandsaw table with it running is usually sufficient ) Hope some of this is helpful to producing the results you want
