earlier this month i had the honour of having the Dei Sensei (Neil) staying with me here in mount isa for a few weeks
under his very patient tuition i learnt some new casting and turning skills
myself being a pen turner learning to cast pepper grinders and turn ( check out the general turning page) was a whole new learning curve me.
here is a pic of all the casting done over the time he was here

Pleasure was mine Tony . I had a great time although I am afraid to face the scales when I get home . Great food and great company.
All the casts were done with molds Tony made from cutting board material he had, screwed together and sealed with siliconNeil____________________________________________Every day presents an opportunity to learn something new
