Here are pics of the set I recieved fom Bruce {wood hacker}. Sorry it took so long. I thought I had posted them about a week ago, but when I was looking last night I realized I had not, so here we go. This set is made from Bimble Box Burl along with a bunch of blanks. Very nice set and well done. A nice addition to my private collection.

Glad you liked it Mike. I must say the letter opener was a real bugger to do as the blank kept wanting to explode. I got there in the end though so that's all that really matters.

I am happy that you like it Mark. The pen is Honduran rosewood burl and the box is quarter-sawn sycamore with a bocote lid and ebony accents. The pen insert lifts out so that you can use the box for other purposes. The pen insert is cherry and I figure you can get two pen blanks from it.
When all is said and done, there is usually a whole lot more said than done.

my swap pens
First, my apologies to Gezawa for being so late in getting these pictures posted. Next, I must say that I think I got the best end of this swap...one pen and blanks (from me) for two pens, a box, and blanks from Gerry. Thanks Gerry for your generosity. The dark pen is figured Gidgee in a Cambridge Kit and the lighter pen is spalted Flat Top Yate in a Baron kit. The box sides are Flat Top Yate and the lid is also Figured Gidgee. Not only do I like your Aussie timbers and burls but I especially like the names of your timbers. The two pens are spot on in both fit and finish and will make excellent addition to my collection of various SWAP pens. These SWAP pens are also the ones I use daily and I have two new very nice ones to put into my use rotation. Thanks again to Gerry and to the forum here for allowing us "foreigners" to participate.
Do a good turn daily!
Don

Hey Nick,
I still haven't had any reply from RHossack, the middle of last month was the last, and he was having health issues, I don't know whether he got my pen or he has sent me one.
