All I see are the links, how does one do this? If I type the text ones, they come out with an exta ")" not necessarily the one that I wanted, arghhhh...
Hi Vikki

You don't need to drag & drop em or type em if your using the button. Just click on the smilie you want and it will appear wear the cursor is.

And with the ones you are typing that come up with the ), are you using the ) when typing it, you don't need to for example type : U without the space for this , clear as mud or what

Clear as mud, yes in that the ": U" doesn't make any sense. We'll try clicking on them and see if that helps, seems to put it after the title, hummm. So much to learn .

It's a start, I am sure I'll get the hang of it in due_time();

Thanks & take care, Vikki.

Yes, Firefox under Ubuntu Feisty Fawn (7.04).

That may well be it, using the other editors seemed to require a lot of html programming so I went to the quick / simple one. I get enough html programming at home .

Thanks & take care, Vikki.
