The Brad or Nail Pusher.
Hi to All,
A friend is after, a Woodworkers or maybe Furniture users Hand, Brad or Nail Pusher.
Been through Ebay, asked at the regular Hardware Stores, so I might as well ask here.
The Brad or small nail goes up the spout & is held there by a Magnet.
You the place it where you want the B or N to go & just push. The Device is lightly Spring Loaded.
Have found one in the UK @ 24.95 Pounds + Postage, but were looking for something a bit more realistic in price. I bought mine at a Sun. Market for a few Dollars.
Mine is a Makita PH1. Gave Googled, but to no effect.Regards,
issatree.

I don't understand why you can't find what you're looking for. Are you specifically looking for the Makita version, because there are many different brands available, most for well under $20, many under $10. Try your local hobby shop / art supply store. If you want something on-line, then both ebay and amazon have several to choose from, as do a variety of on-line hobby stores.
For example, a search on google shopping for brad pusher shows 4900 items:

I have a Crown 110XW, as well as a couple of cheapies in different sizes from hobby stores. They are quite common, and not at all difficult to find.

The Pin Pusher.
Hi Andrew F,
WW is a very Kind person, as he is sending me one of his.
Thanks for the info though.
It is always good to get replies to our questions.
As Stated, it is for a fellow Woodie,
who belongs to " The Geelong Community Mens Shed ".
So it should arrive Wed. & we meet that day as well. So he will have a great surprise.Last edited by issatree; 21st June 2011 at 11:32 AM. Reason: Wrong Initial.
