    Default One Very CLEVER Workbench

Not sure if this has been posted already or not, but I just had to put this one out there.
I could not even admit to knowing where to start thinking about this amazing bench. This gentleman has given some very serious thought to his bench and come up with a Doozy!
I just hope I get this URL posting right.

OK, it seems to work alright, so let the fun begin.

That is a very clever bench - very suitable for a small space. There's only one thing about a bench like that - as soon as you've rolled the tool away you can guarantee you'll need it again, and you have to take down one set up to use another.

Still, we do what we have to do with confined spaces, and he's just about got the grandaddy of them all I'd say!

Yes, it's certainly the product of much careful thought, & ingenuity, & fulfills the design brief admirably. It does illustrate how personal a bench is - there is nothing about that bench that appeals to me. That's not being harsh, it is obviously just the ticket for the owner, but it doesn't have the facilities a hand-tool user like myself would find convenient. As a bench for a power-tools sort of bloke, it's probably the bees' knees...

    Cheers,
    IW

Glenrob, thank you very much for posting this information. Such a bench is far beyond me now but I can dream. The photos are magnificent.
