Looking great Greg Do you have any pics of cutting the dovetails on the end caps? If so do you know what page it's on?

    Cheers,

I doubt if it would float either!
    .
I know you believe you understand what you think I wrote, but I'm not sure you realize that what you just read is not what I meant.

If it happened a week earlier we could have helped . Looks even better and bigger than the photos indicate.

Beautiful bench and should be put in the lounge room as a long table instead of a workshop.

    Groggy.

I have a proposition, if your son shows no interest in woodwork, I would put my hand up to be included in your inheritance as the recipient of the bench.

It's the very least I could do.
I make things, I just take a long time.

Fair go Peter, I don't want to traipse into the lounge every time I need a long clamp!

(Good to see you and Michelle again).

Just make sure you've got enough strength left as you're lying in the hospital bed, "... and remember son, I left my bench etc. ..."

At what age do you know? I recenlty handed my 6month old a pine offcut and was met with a disgusted look of 'what do you expect me to do with that?". He didn't even try to eat it....
I take that to mean that like most, he has no respect for pine and read nothing more into it
    Cheers,
    Shannon.
