sorry for asking on an old(er) thread, but what were the final dimensions of the table? I'm in a quandry about how small is going to be small enough for my garage but also large enough to still be useful, and I'd be interested to hear how you've found it so far?

Finished dimensions were 1050 x 500. I've found it to be really good so far. I'm not making dining tables or anything that big though.
I saw, in a recent video, Terry Gordon had a bench extension on his bench and I will probably make one of those for working on longer pieces but the size is ok for now and the work holding is great.Those were the droids I was looking for.

I missed this one.
Good build. Like the recycling aspect in particular and the plentiful use of vices, which was how I stumbled on the thread: Chasing vices!!
