Default 1 1/2" Die holder adapter
As per this thread, I have one of these adapters left for sale - $32 posted.

It fits this die holder (which is not included) and enables it to take 1 1/2" dies as well as the 2 existing sizes (1" and 13/16")

These were made for people that bought the 14mm triple start tap and die sets, the die was 1 1/2".
