Elan, I am trying to work out if these are actually German manufacture or otherwise. The statement "they're just as good as anything out of Germany" is ambiguous. The Australian website for Dimar is dreadful with such enlightening facts as "The carbide used by Dimar is supplied by xxxxxxxx, the leading carbide producers in xxxxx." Does xxxxx equal China (correct number of xes)?
If they are German then I'll take one.

Dimar is an Israeli company, they manufacture in Germany, Switzerland and Israel. Not sure exactly where these bits were made. As far as I can tell, their German production is done by Guhdo, a reputable name in their own right.

Can confirm that these are very nice bits, quality seems very good, and they cut well. I rounded several tens of meters of tassy oak with one of these, it gives very smooth finish along the grain, and makes decent cuts across the grain.

Cant go wrong with this brand as far as I am concerned, have had good use out of the 1/2 shank ones that I have had for some time now.

It would probably be more visible if you posted a separate thread. Are you just after this particular profile?
