    I have a couple of these and they are incredibly useful for the lathe, this one takes the standard ER32 collets.

    Among other things I use mine to drill cellulose acetate rods (for pens) which are really difficult to drill out without them getting hot and slipping or collapsing due to heat build up.

    They're also really great for small finial work.
