It might be useful if you mention what the mortise taper is. My drill press is MT2, but a lot of the newer ones are MT3.

Chuck has "J2" stamped on the end of the shaft which goes into the machine. The AusPost site calculates postage for a parcel 23 x 8 x 7 and weighing 1kg at $13.80 to postcode 3377.
