Excalibur Scroll Saw EX21
I received this saw from a deceased estate as a gift and as a fixer-up. I started and replaced the blade clamps with Pegas clamps, repaired the air hose and replaced the controller board and switch, but I have not touched it for 9 months (I don't need 3 scroll saws). It goes well and selling as is, there is no stand. July 2011 model.
$350.00 ONO
Pick-up Sunbury Victoria.

You're a little bit out of Melbourne. I was curious if you'd be prepared to bolt it to a bit of ply and put it in a box for courier collection?

G'day Pixel!
I would be prepared to box it up however, (1) I will ask you to arrange the courier from your end, and (2) as long as you are not in a hurry. I am in the process of cleaning out my MIL's house up the country.
Cheers!
PS Sunbury is classed as Metro Melbourne.Last edited by Mulgabill; 10th November 2020 at 05:23 AM. Reason: Text added

Apologies - 1) yes, I would arrange everything. All one has to do is put a home-made box** around it as its "their rules". The MDF/ply is simply to give it a place for the blokes to lift and a base to sit. Keep the packaging tight as size=dollars.*
I'm very happy to wait Absolutely no rush!
Question - is it "still"? i.e. doesn't vibrate like a washing machine? One I used was a bit of Warner Bros Cartoon...... vrrrrrrrrr....... unpleasant!
Assuming Question above is "smooth" or "its niiiccee" - would you accept $300?.... if so, "I'll take it".
* I calc'ed 35kg @ 85L x 39W x 44h.... a cm won't bother them, but more will I use TransDirect, they're very good on pricing.
** I use fridge/TV boxes from the recycling centre! Chop them and tape as needed. Perfect!Last edited by woodPixel; 10th November 2020 at 12:00 PM. Reason: more text. Spelling errors! :)

OK I will accept $300.00.
I will look at making up a box this weekend after I come back from up the country and PM you the progress and details.
Thanks mate!Russell (aka Mulgabill)
