Indux FUME extractor.
This is a fume extractor for things like welding, soldering, leadlight work, painting, making hot curries, etc. it looks brand new and sucks like a star. It’s got a big replaceable filter element inside, variable speed. 240v 10 amp plug. The company that makes them is in Brookvale NSW and sells the filter cartridges. It’s pretty big so probably pickup from Somersby or I could put it in the hands of a courier, lockdown permitting.
$300, and I know that it’s cheap but I can’t see myself using it.

Hi riverbuilder, what is the filter condition? You said that the whole thing looks new, but the filter looks pretty used up on the photo.

You tell me? It sucks your hand hard against the inlet so I guess there’s not a huge amount of restriction 🤷🏼♂️ Is the colour the giveaway? The filters are available from the manufacturer, I rang them on Thursday and asked.

Yes, the colour gives it away. Anyway, I maybe interested - need to sort out shipping. All the restrictions will make it a little difficult - I will PM you now.

I can take a video of it working when next up at the shed if that would help allay any concerns anyone might have with it, or it’s performance.
