Sydney NSW M2 2” blade and chip breaker
.
Around 10 or so years ago I bought a couple of M2 steel blades and matching chip breakers as part of a group buy on the woodworkforums for my Stanley No 5 and 6 planes.
Not long afterwards I disposed of my No 5 (as I bought a Veritas) but kept the M2 steel blade and chip breaker. I have no use for the No 5 blade and chip breaker (which I found again yesterday) so am selling them.
The blade and chip breakers are 2” (50mm) wide and 3mm thick and will fit a Stanley No 4 or 5. Have had very minimal use only. Price for both - $50.
[Putting the M2 blade in my No 6 vastly improved it. It is a joy to use.]
Postage $9.45 in Aust or pick up from St Ives
