Just want to make other forum members aware that the Veritas screw driver failed to arrive. I received a empty pre paid parcel post satchel today. It is still sealed as there is no point to opening it. I also believe this was intentionally done as I can not believe one would post an empty packet without realizing the packet was empty. Id be interested to know if other members have experienced the same from this seller. Not terribly upset over the money but angry that this person thinks he can get away with it.

No problems with receiving the items I just purchased from BOObby. Sent quickly and well packed.

I had ~$400 worth of Veritas goodness turn up yesterday, very well packaged, and exactly as advertised. I doubt the misplaced screwdriver was on purpose. Just some sort of mishap most likely.

Since B00bby is new to the forum, and I typically buy from trusted members, I did check with another buyer that they’d received their stuff before I transferred cash. I found no cause for concern.

I am terribly upset at these accusations. I am not a thief.
I have been away in Melbourne and since arriving home on Tuesday afternoon I have been writing to chipbreaker to try and sort out the problem.
I gave him my phone number and asked him to ring me-he has not.
I did not seal the bag the lady at the post office did.
Yesterday afternoon I went to the post office to see if the item was there but it wasn't.
I wrote to him this morning to ask for his banking details to refund his money and he has not replied.
It is as if he has blocked incoming from me.
Once again I am not a thief and this is very upsetting to see these comments about me.

And something else I just thought of why on earth would I intentionally jeopardize my reputation on a $20 item when I have been selling items worth $100s.

I have dealt with B00bby as well and have received the goods in good condition and well packed.

Me thinks that this is a honest mistake, Chipbreaker I can see that you’ve been online and have visited this thread since B00bby offered his apology and also PM you offering to refund you.
