Default Woodfast 14" Bandsaw with Enclosed Stand

Up for sale is a 14" Woodfast bandsaw.

I was planing to restore this ex high school bandsaw however I have opted to go down another path and now need to make space in my workshop. This bandsaw would make a good restoration project.

The bandsaw does not come with motor. I purchased the motor separately and I am selling the motor separately.

You can purchase the motor in my other listing HERE or add you own.

I am asking $150 buy now - NO BIDDING, pick up only from Coburg Melbourne.

I have tried to include as many photos so you can see the machines condition, inspection welcome.

G'day thumbsucker, nice looking machine. Other than the motor, is it all there, and what is the condition of the tyres, and does it have the original woodfast badges? Thanks Greg

    Sorry forgot about those.

Yes I still have the badges.

The rubber on the tires were worn out and I stripped them off. I was going to use acetone to dissolve the residual glue.

The plan was to buy Carter ULTRA BLUE™ Urethane Tires cost @ $50 for both wheels.

Then replace the Band Saw Guides with Carter Guides cost @ $150 - $250 top and bottom guides.

A basic restoration would come to $150 for the saw, $50 for the urethane wheels and $250 for the guides totalling about $450.

If you outsource the stripping of the paint (sand blasting) and repainting that will double your cost. Unless you do it yourself.

I would bundle the 1hp single phase motor if you make me an offer.
